Felicia’s Journal Moment

I’ve been focusing on how important it is to implement self-care into my daily life.  Whether it’s 5 – 10 minutes a day, taking care of ME.  Life gets hard, we often tend to take care of everyone else’s needs before we take care of ourselves.  In your journal, list various ways that you can practice self-care (ex. yoga, taking a bubble bath, meditating, writing, exercise, get a massage, etc.)
