"20% of what you do is responsible for 80% of your results." - Nicole McLaren Campbell
Just let that one soak inside of you for awhile and saturate your soul indefinitely! Nicole speech at WPS was jaw dropping and moods for days because she called us out when it comes to procrastinating in our every day lives and business. Procrastination is defined as "to delay or postpone action; put off doing something."
I've read in tons of books that most successful people wake up at 5am and knock out most of their to-do list before they ever make it into the office or start their workday. You don't have to do a lot in order to receive great results as Nicole stated. Just make the effort daily, to slay procrastination whenever it comes creeping around. I'm preaching to the choir trust me, because as a full-time writer, I don't always "feel" like writing and will put it off for as long as I can sometimes.
"Swerve the pop down" - Nicole Laren Campbell
According to my good friend, Ambir McMillan who was actually taking notes while I was busy getting content for the blog lol, she said that "Swerve on the pop down" (oh that's a hashtag now too lol) means to swerve from all of the distractions in your life and your business. I am a creative so I can see me being extra already lol and acting like a princess warrior slaying a dragon when it comes to me slaying procrastination and removing all distractions in my life.

THREE QUICK STEPS TO SLAY PROCRASTINATION
Prioritize: Create a to-do list with specific deadlines and according to what's the most important for you to complete, first.
Separate your essentials and non-essentials: From that list you created above, determine what is necessary for you to complete and what can be done at a later date.
Stop multitasking: Don't try to do everything and focus on one thing at a time until the moment of completion and then move on to something else.
